Love Your Neighbor

Love Your Neighbor Day is a inter-denominational event to help low-income residents of Villa Park and Lombard with house repairs, yard work and other tasks that they may not be able to afford. Calvary Episcopal Church is partnering with other local churches to recruit volunteers. This year we have 24 requests for help and are in need of over 100 volunteers. Tasks are primarily unskilled, although if you have any construction skills those could be useful. You can sign up for all day (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or half day. Lunch will be provided.
